When setting timing from scratch. The “t” mark on flywheel aligns with the casted metal arrow ? Or the plastic point on the radiator shroud. Thanks :)

Is there any website that sells pre assembled ones ? I got a 2020 Honda ruckus 50cc oil drain plug is cracked might just be easier for me to replace whole thing like a chunk of the thread where the screw goes in off

@Rolling Wrench I'm reviving a Ruckus after 10 years of sitting. I got it to start but it didn't take long for the spark plug to get a oily gunk on it. Any suggestions on how to handle that? Thank you in advance for any help

Just a heads up I think your oil pump torque was wrong on the diy library I could be wrong

Hi Matt, I’m have a 2005 ruckus that I bought for college with 15k miles. After a miscommunication with what a “heated garage” was I did not drain the oil before storing it for winter. Since it has leaked oil like a sieve. I am assuming/hoping it is a blown gasket. It has since sat for about 3-4 years. I am graduating this year and plan on rebuilding the entire engine as a fun project/opportunity to better understand engines(I plan on buying your how to video for this extensive process). This brings me to my questions: 1) What is the likelihood I’ll find something much more catastrophic or what types of things do you suspect I could find?(I know this is a loaded question!) 2) Does your how to video say what rebuild kit to use/where to find it? 3) Sorry for the novel, if you have gotten this far thank you. I look forward to your response.

Hey I have my honda ruckus with 1200 miles straight pipe and rejetted carb. I been having problems with starting the bike and keeping it running(only started to have problems since cold started last year). Takes me about 10min+ to start it on electric button and like 100 kicks on start. Runs and starts fine after engine is warm. I drive it regularly since I live in AZ.

I do have a question, im in the mid of my ruckus swap but to get in driving i gotta run the factory wheels, would you know if the shorty axle will fit the factory wheel? I saw a set on markplace i might pick up Thank you, for the vids bud very helpful

A performance air filter won’t effect the longevity of it is tuned right

hey, I have this scoot. I have spark, fuel and compression. I have adjusted the valves, but STILL this thing wont start! Im at the end if my rope with this thing! any ideas?

@@RollingWrench I pulled the piston and found the problem.... it was a Cali Classic with a big bore kit....

I have a question.. hopefully someone can help with some advice. I have a scooter that cranks over when i put the battery Terminals.. but it is not on with the key. I disconnect the spark plug wire. The cdi. And the module.. and it still turn over.. what can it be? I also changed everything cdi.. spark wire.. mod.. etc

The starter solenoid is stuck. This generally happens if you have a hard starting engine and you hold the start button down for a extended amount of time. The terminals melt together cause the start function to stick. You need a replacement. Here is a link: www.rollingwrenchdenver.com/products/chinese-scooter-starter-solenoid

Can you rebuild the 50cc engine so that you fit a 150cc cylinder on it? If so what is needed?

No. Unfortunately they are completely different engines

@@RollingWrench i have an m50qt-6 and it seems like there is big bore kits for it. so its almost like its a gy6 enginge but with a smaller bore.

@@RollingWrench might be. my lokal shop "twostroke.se" just calls it an gy6 engine. whats the diference between a qmb139 and an "ordinary" gy6?

Honestly, I think you'd make more $ by offering the full manual type video free on KZfaq. More subscribers, everyone would watch it 10+ times doing a rebuild and buy more stuff from rolling wrench instead of your competitors. Just my opinion. I go to other ruckus vids over yours because I kno you never show A to Z how to vids. So I stopped watching them 1st.. I'm a supporter. It's just YT has always been free for the viewers and you make your $ thru YT & merch sales

Unfortunately that’s not how it works to be successful on this platform :-( I have been at this for over 10 years. The big difference between me and other KZfaqrs in this field is they are hobbiest and I’m a trained professional (certified with years of experience).
