Well, I was really hoping to find out how to keep the cap from coming loose. My Adly wire flexes with each movement of the rear suspension and causes the cap to eventually fall off. I've tried stabilizing it with a few loose zip ties along its length and also gluing in place with silicone, and yes, I've trimmed the wire end. It only has 7,100 kilometers but was ridden 2 up often and I'm sure it flexed a lot. I've been thinking of a crimp on end, even if it's 50's style with no boot, as the sudden repair is getting old and soon I'll have a short wire.

hi i have the same problem with aprilia ditech. I put a new spark plug in the engine, the engine runs for 10 seconds and then shuts off. The spark plug is black and burned out. Where is the problem?

Please help me build a 200cc gy6 build like this

this makes sense to me now. Recently got a GY6 150cc in a 'as parts' state. It had 2 CDI's with it and the one plugged in produced spark and ran but it refused to switch off with the key, the kill switch wire was in a permanent grounded state which means it should have never run. Problem was loop wire to the bike stand which I removed. I switched the CDI also to a known-good GY6 50cc one (which was smaller in size) and it ran perfectly with the on-off key. The scooter came with parts from also a pit bike. My conclusion is now that the 1 connected to the scooter on receiving it was a DC one and incorrect (likely off pit bike) and the other CDI an AC one. But the one off a 50cc works just fine anyway so ill stick with that!

so is ac better then dc for CDI? I am upgrading (ion the way) to an 11 pole stator and i orfiinally ordered the 12 but realized I have ac cdi .. seeing this I could have probably converted being the output to the coil is the same. I am researching using the stock regulator or do the work to add the 3 wire regulator with it (ordered it as well)

So if I don't have a diaphragm the item that you described then why wouldn't it idle every time I start it up it'll start up and then it'll eventually die and then when I try to crank it up again and then it won't start until there's enough fuel in there and then it'll start up and then it'll die I'll check again and see if I even have this

Well, this kit or just the pump work on a Suzuki Burgman 400 cc fuel ejected motor. My plan was to modify my tank and swap the Suzuki Burgman 400 cc fuel injection from there to my Yamaha Majesty c. But seeing this got me wandering the possibilities. Ps the model is CJ43
