I don't think they're clueless. I think they are just rude and narcissistic theycould care less. They surely know the rules and do's Don't's in this particular area and they continue to do it. Well I think the time has come to immediately move these people on away from our guards for these reasons. These people are Hasidic Jews - ultra orthodox and one main word describes them, 'Pious' known as the Pious Ones for their utter devotion to their faith. I have no religious beliefs, everyone to their own I say but when a religion thinks it's above everyone else in the world In every way possible, you can not change them especially if you look up the meaning of the word Pious. When a horse chews , plays with the bit it produces excess saliva , like a baby sucking a dummy , so frothy saliva .It's not a bad thing at all , apart from being messy 😋
