That Dupont tackle in the 6 Nations is as good as it gets. Stopped him dead in his tracks a foot or two from the try line, then dragged him backwards. Unreal.

Hands down, number 19 will always remain the bravest tackle that i have ever seen. This guy put everything he had against the beast coming down the line at full speed 🤯

#90 Sam Underhill England V Wales. Sam was sat on his arse on the England 10 metre line as Wales attacked & he was one of the few English players who really made an effort to defend their try line.

Shoulder charge. Should have been a penalty try and a card. The next game Faf got a card for brushing the head of a player.

@@wrightoff please don’t act like you know better than the referee and TMO officials who were there to make the call. On top of that, a player should never swipe at another player’s face

As a Welshman I will always be biased but Gavin Henson’s tackle on Matthew Tait is the greatest for me, Eddie’s commentary made it that much better.

Omg, tackles by Collins, Laws and CHABAL Big respect for Dupont and Klerk, size dosn't matter Michael Hooper is with Dusautoir, one of my absolute favorite flanker. This guy never give up, he is technically, physically and mentally INCREDIBLE

What I learnt from this video is that #9's are not afraid of tackling the big boys, loose trio are your most lethal defenders [namely #7] and a winger that can defend is worth in salt.

I’m not a sub but just found this video for me the greatest tackle is the thumbnail of the video how the hell has AD got the strength to do that I do not know it’s ridiculous Fairplay to him honorable mention all FDKs tackles and anyone who takes down The Fujian tank Nadolo Or a window of similar build and live to tell the tale lol

Why the hell are around 10% of these "greatest" yellow/red cards?! There's plenty of others that are not foul that could rate.

So many tackles here are disgustingly illegal and dangerous. I like a lot of these but honestly, I wouldn’t want a player new to the game thinking that these are the “GREATEST” tackles ever when, if replicated, there would be lots of concussions and broken necks.
