As a WB fan I say it's too early to judge if they can be more competitive with ABs in 2024. Let's see who coach Schmidt selects and how they play in lead up games. If Schmidt selects a weird squad of undeserved players like Eddie did the WBs will be thrashed by even more than usual imo :)

In World Cup final NZ played their cleanest game in years. Razor would have noticed this. So everybody outside NZ knows the 1st he will intreduce is NZ's traditional style and tops of their game plan which is; COMBINING QUALITY RUGBY WITH CHEATING RUGBY. ALSO THE CRUSADERS WAY UNDER RAZOR ! It should also be remembered that it was Joe Schmidt who taught the Irish how to combine quality rugby with cheating rugby. It lifted the Irish game so much that in year 2016 they beat NZ for the 1st time in 111years. Since the Irish has not looked back. In 6nations v Wales they broke NZ's World Record of 79 penalize able mistakes (cheats), setting a new record of 106 !!! So why should we not expect Joe Schmidt teaching the Aussies the same ?

Nz couches never work good with australia. Look the top coach like Dave Rennie. Razor has better players so far with great new generation. Razor has better staff coaching with the guru winner wayne Smith. All blacks will trash aussies. No match between the both.
