In this video I'm shooting my new Ruger American Ranch 16" .300 Blackout that uses AR15 (stanag) magazines. It is mostly all stock in this video, but that has since changed, as you will see in future videos. In this video, I have swapped in an Anarchy Outdoors threaded bolt handle, and fluted bolt knob. I am also running a Dead Air KeyMo brake on it, but I plan on swapping to a much lighter JMac Customs 360 KeyMicro brake soon, to keep weight off the front to balance it better.
The scope is a new Primary Arms SLx 1-10x28 SFP LPVO with a 34mm tube and a true 1x on the low end. It features the ACSS Griffin M10S MIL reticle, which I am becoming a big fan of. The glass in this scope is very clear and bright for it's price-point. The illumination features 9 regular settings, and 2 night vision settings and is daylight-bright. I mounted it in some spare Arken 34mm Low (0.92") HALO rings that I had sitting around still in the package. It also has an Arken 34mm bubble level on it (not pictured).
The Otter Creek Labs Hydrogen-S (7.62 version) is a 7" long x 1.625" OD suppressor made of solid titanium and weighting a mere 9.5 oz without a mount. It has HUB 1.375x24 universal mount threads to allow you to use just about any mounting system you want/already have. It is rated for LIMITED full-auto use, up to 800ºF, then let it cool down completely before using it again. And it does have certain barrel length restrictions that are listed on their website. And, according to their website, this suppressor was tested to be a hearing-safe 137 dB on a 16” 308, with a BK 2209 sound meter.
