The Ruger LCP 380 is a very popular firearm for concealed carry. It is small, lightweight, and very concealable. In this video I do a quick table top review of the gun and go over the pros and cons. I'm an experience female shooter and I Love my LCP Custom! I shoot it extremely well and I don't feel the recoil is too snappy. I do like the lockback feature on the LCP II but I don't plan on changing this one. The Custom enables me to carry in any attire and I carry it when I can't carry something larger like my Smith & Wesson Shiel

I bought mine in 2010 and love it; small and light weight. Very reliable and accurate. Will not trade it for a new one. I don't even notice it when conceal carry, love it.

Its all about shooting fundamentals! Bought my wife and I a matching pair and she hits a pop can with it at 20 yards!

The stainless version is the best of the LCPs.....with a stainless giuderod, 13 lb recoil spring, hogue grip, locking frame pin and 5.5lb ft Wayne trigger spring kit....all for about 80bucks for these parts the gun is as close to a custom pistol as it gets....again all for only 80 bucks!! I have two of them and never parting with them...they are by far my favorite CCW of all time and 100% reliable!! If you can find one...grab it!! They are very rare to find!!

I love my LCP custom great trigger and actually has some sights you can use and best part you can drop it in a pocket holster and actually forget you have it on you. Capacity is on the low side but you can get the +1 mag from Ruger and carry an extended mag like the pro mag. I agree not the first gun I'd want to take to the range but for an easy carry its my first choice.

I disagree that it’s hard to be accurate w/the LCP. Mine is also the second generation as opposed to the LCP2 and I put a dollop of paint on the front sight (mine has the blued slide) and can be very accurate out to seven yards. Also, no one should ever carry w/o some sort of holster b/c that can be dangerous, even in your pocket. I carry mine in the pocket carry holster Ruger provided w/the gun when I purchased it.

The LCP 2 is a MUCH better gun, superior trigger, better grip, and a slide that locks back when the magazine is empty. Fired over 2,000 rounds in my LCP 2 with no hangups or malfunctions. I traded in my LCP gen 2 to get the LCP 2 and I am so glad I did!!
