The situation with the grandmas is for Kazuya and Chizuru to work out, NOT Ruka's.

Stealing a kiss, inviting him alone to the pool, giving him all these hints even though we know she really thinks he's a loser At the very least, Ruka was the one who finally spoke out and told Mami to stop bothering Kazuya. If you have anything else to say about Mami, I'm all ears

You'd be surprised on how many people who have their first kiss aren't awkward and all over the place when they finally do.

the first was mizuhara who asked that kazuya at that point he had agreed to be boyfriend .... and he wanted to know what they were hiding (kazuya kept renting muzuhara) he did it too technically which is not really a lie (again kazuya has not broken the promise that he accepted because mizuhara ask it )
