As per the rule no 10 (i) fishing vessel shall not impede the passage of vessel following traffic lane ... So the fishing vessel will keep clear from us.

A fishing vessel is underway and not engaged in fishing is categorized as a normal Power Driver Vessel. Therfore, you can apply Rule 15 in this case.

Sir I'm following the appropriate lane of TSS & a CBD is crossing from stbd to port. Who's stand on & giveway & also please state the action. As my oral of f1 is scheduled on 18th I'm watching all your videos

Hello Abhi .. in this situation as the vessel is on your stbd side and its a crossing situation, you will be the vessel to take action as in this video i have also mentioned that .. in the beginning of the rule that all other rules will also be applicable here . You will not be relieved from the duties. Only remeber that rule no 18 is not applicable in TSS.
