We’re very lucky to have a great running community down here in Cornwall and over the festive period there tends to be some social runs organised. On the 30th of December I hooked up with some of the TNT Crew and we headed off for the Rum and Coke run. The run consists of 14 miles of epic inland Cornish trails with some challenging underfoot conditions, the perfect remedy for eating too much food over Christmas!
