First u say k1=hf(xn, xn-1) and k2=hf(xn-1+h,yn-1+k) but finally u done x0,y0 and x0+h,y0+h in both equations?

where is the O(h^2) term.???? The method you described is the mid-point method a specific RK order 2 method. not the RK order 2 method in general.

This is the most common RK method taught in the colleges or universities. That's why I described it.

Uses 2 terms of the Taylor series for the approximation. As opposed to "order 4" which uses 4 terms.

nope. Your're already given that h=0.1 so that's the 'h' you must use.

Small mistake@5:24 I believe. Where K2 = 0.1*((X of n-1) + (1.2399)^2); the (X of n-1) should be 0.1 and not 0.2.

K2 = h * f(x(n-1) + h, y(n-1)+k1) so the x of n-1 is 0.1 but plus h is 0.2

for K2 isn't is supposed to be K2= hf(Xo+h/2, Yo+K1/2) ?? instead of "K2= hf(Xo+h, Yo+K1)"
