Hands down one of the best videos I have watched on KZfaq in a while. ProDirect have made a beautiful film here and if this doesn't make everyone want to run Boston then I don't know what will. Yeah around 7 minutes there was just noise for audio for about a minute. Not sure why so many others dont seem to be noting it.

I loved the comment about training with people better than you. It’s something I have always struggled with as I always trained alone and then when I got the chance to train with others I would get disheartened when they beat me, but now I am starting to realise that being beaten in training is most likely the way to get faster on race day!

Incredible performance and quality content… very inspiring… I’m just back from London marathon 2023 and it was amazing… the crowds were something else. Finished in 3:15… hoping to crack sub 3 at some point. 2:24 seems mind blowing to me! Good luck in attaining your 2:18 and elite place 👊

Congratualtions Ben! I think you need to take a holiday first. And then create a Doc around park runs, and how that catapulted you to ProDirect Stardom. LOL Laughs aside, i think highlighting the grassroots events and volunteers at these weekly parkruns and then culminating in maybe another big marathon in a couple months. Something like that.
