That 113 is going to be a lovely motor in your colours. First truck I started driving after I passed my test back home in Ireland. That truck is still working today. KT always has a well turned out fleet.

I have been binge watching you’re videos, I have been I hospital for 4 months after having a motorcycle road racing crash, I really like that 143, I was driving until my crash a manual 580 v8 going all over Europe, hopefully I can get back to work one day but have more operations to have yet

Ik heb ook mijn voet gebroken. In September '22. En ben pas in Februari '23. Weer volledig gaan werken. Een veiligheids schoen, kan niet tegen een Linde E30 heftruck. Gebroken voet op 4 plaatsen. De "transporter VR6. Is echt super om in te rijden!

Try Raceline. I got some 20" RH ALLOYS. awsome. My van is not a show van ots a working van. I have hit a few curbs and mahaive pot holes. No issues. Running 275/40 ×20 falken tyres. Awsome. Hope that might help you Niper. Merry Christmas mate.

there was and maybe still is a 143 450 streamline mid lift running out of south wales with steel full time though i haven't passed Alun in a year so may have retired know.

Wow those old trucks look fantastic. Why don't more people work old trucks, like your friend with the 143? I run a 35 year old motorbike and a 40 year old car. I reckon they are both as reliable as new vehicles. I really believe a well maintained old car/bike are more than capable for work. Is it possible that the same applies to trucks? Especially if one owns it long term, you get to know it's foibles, and when and how to maintain it. Also, without all the electronic components there is less to go wrong, and hence cheaper to repair.

100% correct 👍 but like modern culture most people enjoy the new comforts but there is are still many countries who run older vehicles everyday , the hardest part now is the brands of vehicles stop supplying parts for them after a certain age of vehicle

I never knew Foden did a two stroke engine, was it made by them or another engine manufacturer? I know Commer did the TS3 as my older brother ran one for a while, I think that's supercharged aswell. Have a great Xmas Nipper and family 🎄🎁

Good trucks Volvo's. From a Business point of view they are cheeper to buy. There are loads of good working Volvo's in this Country and the world.

@@nippertherestoman I get that mate, but the price they charge all the drivers so be getting as much living space as possible, I used to use them for my transport but changed to MGS much cheaper and you never got a unhappy driver in, the GC lads get done over to keep the NJ and Essex boys busy
