I'm only very gradually building up my mileage, due to the pain in my right knee which is most likely IT Band Syndrome. Last week it was 21.1km, and the pain kicked in at about 13km. This week it was closer to 15km before it started getting sore, so that's some sort of progress.
Any ultra running training programs I have seen suggest that there's not much point in going further than 30km in training, it is better to be able to do back-to-back long runs on adjacent days than doing ultra long training days, as it is better for recovery. So, I'll continue to add 1km every week for the next couple of months and hopefully that allows my IT band issues to sort themselves out. If I can get to pain-free 30km this year I'll be happy.
