Running Diary 27th June 2024. 13km Z2 run, feeling good!

Normally my mid-week run is over 50% in Z3, working on pushing my VO2max, however after my run the previous weekend hadn't gone so well I thought I should probably just stick to zone 2.
However, in the back half of the run my legs were feeling good, so I decided to let the pace increase a bit. Hopefully I was listening to my body, not my ego!
I even managed to get a badge for a Strava segment, 6th fastest ever, fastest this year. But I think I can place higher next time, something to aim for!

I actually find it easier on my IT Band Syndrome to go a bit quicker
