Running Diary 28th May 2024. 13.5km Zone 2 run. Should have been Zone 3.

The plan today was a zone 3 run, but as expected I had tired legs from yesterday's 60km cycle, but that's ok, I just dialled it back to Zone 2. Still good to get time on my feet, even at lower intensity.
Weather was great, perfect running temperature.
