Today's plan was a 18km, zone 2 run. I'm continuing to add 10% (or lower) mileage each week, which has mostly been ok. Unfortunately on this run, I started to get some pain on the outside of my right knee after about 12km. However, I managed to get the pain to go away by increasing my pace/stride length.
I also share some more background information about why I started running and about why I keep running, which are actually quite different things.
