Hey friends! I just woke up one day and said I’m going to do a 5k run because I love challenges and I need to find something to keep myself active and do something with a purpose. I decided to do a 5K run for the 14th annual Stop the Silence 5K walk/run next month in April. I’m not a runner, so I’m starting from the very beginning taking small steps to accomplish my goal. Wanted to take you guys through my journey and to let you know that for myself this isn’t for me! But I’m hoping to see my progress along the way. Let me know if you’ve done a 5K run or 10K, half, and let me know your experience! Provide any running tips as well!
