The wiki has this to say Salmo has two AI packages commanding him to take five loaves of bread to the Two Sisters Lodge at 10am and to the West Weald Inn at midday, but the packages never execute as he has no bread in his inventory and the packages are of "escort" type, meaning he doesn't actively seek any out. It's possible this bug was introduced to avoid another, more serious one: if bread is given to Salmo using the console or CS, he will walk to one of the inns as commanded, take a bite of bread, and the game will crash. That's such a deep level joke, god I love you Young Scrolls.

I cannot express how happy I am to see Runs-In-Circles starting up her solo career after showing everyone the skill and talent that she possesses on We Out Here and Juice. The way she's able to weave words together like a fine thread in a sewists art in order to paint a definitive picture encapsulating any story she tells is absolutely marvelous and I'm so excited to see her start building up the fanbase she deserves.

Its hard to not to remember the characters from this DLC. You knew it was going to be a good ride when the room turned to butterflies all flying away to reveal the real world you were about to explore. The shear duality and depth that were Mania and Dementia was beautiful. I started on Morrowind but the Shivering Isles will always have a special place in my heart.
