Agreed. I save all my favorites. at least over 30 min to 1hr, then turn it on when I go to bed. It helps turn off my mind to the insanity of the day. Will almost always drift off within the hour. Yes, a lifesaver.

Absolutely, just discovered this guy a few days ago, and was blown away by how good he is. You pretty well sum up everything that makes him stand out against the average comedian.

I ran cross country once. I was a sprinter. I held the lead for 400 yards.

My highschool cross country coach actually taught us a lot about nutrition, fitness, and mental endurance. I still use his hydration and dietary tips, stretching routines of his, and breathing exercises he taught my team. Most memorable saying of his that I still quote today is "Kids, best thing to have after a run is a banana and a beer." Thanks, Coach Aguilar!!!

Yes, I was eating breakfast at a hotel last year and popped over to the buffet for a croissant - when I came back a few seconds later my whole breakfast had been cleared away! He's right though - programs are on TV. while Shows are on in Theatres. But at 39, during a "Lockdown" he should be doing something else ! Here in N.Ireland we had 10pm CURFEWS - Out after That you got arrested and could spend 7 Days in Cells being interrogated - and badly beaten in some cases - so there was a Big Spike in 70's Born kids ! This Pandemic will show up the same - which, unless you have, or don't want, kids is What you and your Old 39years of age Husband should be Practicing 😉

He's a Marine, works 60hrs a week, at least, runs 10 miles every week, hikes, lifts weights, and is extremely active every single day. just bc someone watches a "program" occasionally doesnt mean they're lazy, fat, unactive or thats all they do.
