If you run, you had to have been exposed to the concepts and rationale for shifting to a “Natural Running” style. Odd’s are you have been working at it, changed to a more minimal design in shoe selection and through it all, thus far, you’ve come up lame!
Injury, frustration yet still feeling you are on the right path, that the frustration will result in success and you are not about to give up!

This is a must watch to anyone who owns a pair of running shoes! I’ve consumed hundreds of hours of content from Coach Diaz and others and this is the most succinct video to date!! Thanks Coach Diaz (and Leah😊) This running form shift forever changed my life for the betted!!

Thanks for the video. Elevates my spirits a bit. The issue I ran into after moving to toe-heel-toe (before I found Coach Diaz’ content) was I eventually ran myself into a chronic case of Metatarsalgia, which I’m still working through. I believe I just put too many miles in and landed too sharply. Coach - good idea to practice on a treadmill to learn/enforce the technique demonstrated in your “3 min to fix form” video? Thanks - awesome content!
