Whether you go from the North Rim to the South Rim or vice versa, the scenery is spectacular the entire way. While you might think you need to be ultra fit to complete this, I believe that most active people can complete this challenge in a day. Come with me as I show you how to run across the Grand Canyon...the easy way!

Excellent job, and you logged a lot more than 22 shooting all that selfie running footage! You made it look easy. I've done it 8 times, 7yrs in a row and was lucky enough to get my then teen daughter to do the first 5 in a row with me. Couldn't let '20 deny me, so I trailered a 2nd car, so that I could leave one at each rim. Yes, I'm not right in the head! We've posted a few vids of running in the GC, to the Tube.

looks like a great adventure, is most of the trail fairly easy to follow? well marked most of way? not hard to get lost? thanks

The main trails in G.C. are well-marked and there are many other people out on most days.

Wow, you made it look easy. How much water do you carry and is it all in one bladder?

Thanks! This time I had a 2 liter bladder in the vest and you can refill at various spickets along the way
