In one of our recent videos, we demonstrated that select Vintage Lionel Trains and Accessories can be run using external DC Power. An article recently published in an online electronics magazine noted that it was possible to power and remotely control certain G-Gauge model trains with a battery module mounted inside one of the cars or a tender. In this video, we move this concept one step forward and run a Vintage Lionel O-Gauge train using an eight AA cell battery pack as the sole power source.
