This video points out some of the possible form issues you could be having when you run with a stroller according to research. It will also demonstrates a few minor changes you can make to improve your form.

The instructions from my Bob stroller say the exact opposite of this advice. They advise to lean forward, straighten out your arms and keep the stroller further away, and to maintain a short stride. And never to run with one hand, as that will lead to an imbalance and injury.
