"A New Hope: Will the Trilogy Save Canadian Administrative Law?"
Runnymede Society National Director, Mark Mancini visited Robson Hall on January 22, 2020, to lead a discussion on the Supreme Court of Canada decision on the Vavilov Trilogy. He was joined by two of The University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law professors who specialize in administrative law: Associate Professor Gerald Heckman, and Assistant Professor Gerard Kennedy. The presentations and panel discussion were followed by audience questions.
