Companies who are sponsoring videos like yours really need to think about how they treat customers you're bringing to the table... because it reflects on YOU the kinds of experience they're having. I really hope Ruroc will step up their game and start making quality a priority.

Hey Jake! This isn’t directly related to this video, but I started watching your videos when I was 17 (I’m 28 now) and had my first DRZ400sm. I even bought a pair of RHOK jeans and man did they cop a beating doing sumo shit and learning to wheelie 🤣 I remember saying in the comments when I ordered the jeans that I was a little bit sad that I’m in Australia and not America because you used to sign packages. So when I opened my delivery, they had a hand print outlined with snakes drawn on it saying ‘Jake was here via proxy’ and it was the absolute best!! I love your work, mate. Keep it up! 🤘

Mainly nothing but good with Ruroc for me. I have the atlas 2.0 and The only problem that I have is, there is no way of getting more visors or pin locks and I really need a new pin lock they said they only ship them out to people in the UK not in the US since it's a 2.0. I'm not out here about to spend another $500- $600 on a 4.0 when all I need is a $25 pin lock.

That makes me wonder about Voss Helmets, they reached out to a bunch of motovlogger, then poof, you don't hear about them any more.

Unfortunately the true part about sponsored products is that you do have to go through the effort of buying them for yourself anonymously. It is expensive but you get the best results that way.

I had bought a berserker helmet when ruroc were at peak hype tbh regretted it not long after getting it only took a couple wears for the padding to deflate a bit and became a bit loose fitting to where it was noticeable and the visibility out of it is terrible honestly felt like you get maybe 60° out of it

My first brand new helmet (I started riding with a hand-me-down helmet before I knew that helmets had "expiration" dates) was one of the first models that Ruroc came out with. It wasn't really anything to brag about. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either, but I decided to give them a couple chances and when the 2.0 and 3.0 were released I got them just to try them out. The quality (again, my experience) seemed to get better as the newer ones came out, especially with the accessories that you could add to them after purchase. (I have the Atlas Shockwave on my 3.0 Atlas Spitfire and it works well). I haven't pulled the trigger on a 4.0 Atlas or the Eox because of your video actually, and that's mainly due to the fact that over the years of watching your videos, I've known you to be one of the most honest motovloggers on KZfaq ever and you don't let brands sway you and I respect that. I do like the new 4.0 track helmets, more specifically Stars and Stripes. Would be cool to see that sort of design in the regular carbon and street series as well as on the Eox.

I bought a ruroc in June 2022. They sent the wrong size so I returned it, just over a month later they sent me the right size. And since then I haven’t had an issue with the helmet

It's been a long time since i have watched one of jakes videos, now i remember why i say all the weird things i do.... basically went through highschool watching these videos and now i have bikes of my own doing the same dumb stuff

I bought one ruroc helmet and they will never get me again. Fit was awful, padding constantly wanting to fall out of it, awful wind whistle and practically a bobble head at high speeds making it hard to see/focus. Ive worn $150 helmets that are better, let alone $500+ for ruroc. Scorpion is the best bang for buck helmet imo

Nah, their helmets are trash, just sent back one of their new Eox helmets cause the M fit like an XS, the foam padding was lose and the liner fell out if you shook the helmet. I wanted to love it, even bought 2 visors to go with the buzzsaw design

My wife and I have 4.0s and they've been great so far. Only issue we had was with their comms app.

Ruroc Atlas 4.0 Liquid Carbon,…. Not gonna lie, I bought one based on not only yours but others review of it. Took a while for it to get here to Hawaii. Great helmet other than a few quality issues, shockwave keeps falling out, rubber trim doesn’t stick and keeps falling off, weird lump rubbing my top left skull that’s irritating…. Reached out to Ruroc twice via email and never heard back. Chalked it up to just shitty business practice. It’s still my only street helmet, I can’t afford a good one after convincing my wife to dropping a good amount of money on a “good and safe” helmet. Live and learn I guess. Aloha 🤙🏽

I bough a Ruroc, just wasn’t for me. My Sedici Strada 3 is better fit and the small touches make a difference in my opinion (like the sun visor).

My Atlas 4.0 has been nothing but solid. Aside from an 80-dollar visor. That's lame.

Not hating on companies at all but there's certain companies i know are half way decent that i trust and have found a few other companies that i found that are better. it's a bit hard to use new companies that i've never heard of before.

Ruroc is a terrible company and their products are expensive trash. The only reason I still have mine is because it was an expensive gift from my wife. I have had to glue trim pieces back on, the straps suck, they offer crazy discounts on and off, so if you do want one just wait till they are 50% off. The shockwave system sucks and is crazy expensive. £650 for a helmet and Bluetooth is expensive and you don't expect them to fall apart after a couple of rides.
