In this episode we hit up Rurrenabaque & head further into the amazon jungle on a tiny boat on the lookout for anacondas, alligators, pink dolphins & piranhas.
Deep in the Bolivian Amazon we base ourselves in a riverside lodge & have some amazing, albeit sometimes rather soggy, adventures in search of them.

I have been in the water with Pirañas in Trinidad. The water was clear and I was looking at them going by me, they have beautiful shinny colors. There were other people in the water too, otherwise I would have not gone in. hahahah

Very nice, Ive been living in working in Bolivia, particularly the Amazon, for almost 25 years. Always looking to support tourism and cross-cultural visits, sustainable development, and supporting the many different cultures and groups of indigenous peoples!

Oh wow, that was such a cool video, I did an Amazon tour but in Peru but yours was quite different, oh my goodness, walking to find those snakes would have totally freaked me out and I also would NOT have got into the water to swim with those dolphins! Also very glad you safely made it to La Paz :) Looking forward to seeing Lake Titicaca and more of Peru :)

We would love to go into the Amazon in Peru! Maybe next time. Strangely enough, the most terrifying part of the whole thing was definitely the bus journey to La Paz!! The roads are just so dangerous and really bad accidents pretty frequent so we were sooooo relieved when we arrived in one piece 😀

Did this nearly 4 years ago. Our guide found a 3M python, and one of the girls caught a piranha that was big enough to eat for dinner. Amazing trip but that bus ride is the worst

So cool you guys! A big fat no from me and Luke on those people that got in the water and also walking around in that murky sludge in your welly's looking for snakes. But it looked like loads of fun!

Haha, yeah you couldn’t have paid us enojo get in that water 😅 The trip was so much fun though, you guys have to go when you make it to Bolivia 😀
