This is an audience Video8 recording of Rush in Uniondale, New York at the Nassau Coliseum on March 15th, 1992 supporting their Roll The Bones Tour.
This is one of several master Rush recordings from the 1990s that recently came into our possession, several of which were previously uncirculated. Sadly, there are a few tracking issues on the physical tape that we encountered while capturing it, leading to partial audio and video dropouts that could not be fixed. Despite that, this recording manages to capture several interesting moments:
- Right at the beginning of Subdivisions, a person can be seen running on the stage and divebombing into the crowd. Following this, Alex can be seen imitating said divebomb.
- After Subdivisions ends, the lights in the auditorium go full-bright (presumably to see if anybody was injured from the prior divebomb incident).
- During Closer To The Heart, a worker for the band can be seen shooting toy projectiles towards Geddy, which Alex then throws playfully at Neil.

Capture Notes: The Video8 tape was captured using a Sony TRV-82 camcorder (DNR off) and DataVideo TBC-3000 capturing video at 720x480 interlaced using the lossless HuffyUV codec and an M-Audio Audiophile 24/96 PCI capturing audio at 16-bit 48khz stereo raw. The video has been non-AI upscaled to 1440p to allow for a higher-bitrate viewing on KZfaq, deinterlaced to 60fps, and encoded to h264 using a CRF of 18.
