4 mil for a player that is unplayable in the playoffs is a good deal. Yeah its a severe underpay in the regular season, but you wouldnt want to pay 20+ mil to someone that wont play in the playoffs.

The problem with him is turnovers, shot selection, and when he's struggling, knowing when to stop shooting the ball. Other than that I like him and you get him for the full season not midway.

with clippers they encourage Russ do more than shoot even when he’s struggling. contribute on court like defense, rebounding and obviously playmaking to them it’s offset the struggles and turnovers. clips suns playoff game 1 is a perfect example 3/17 on field but huge defensive block on booker to seal the game

They get Westbrook for 4 million a year? That should be illegal to get a player that was making 32 million last year. Imagine the Lakers getting to resign AD for 4 million a year. We could sign another all-star calibur player and put us over the top. This is pretty much cheating to have Westbrook for what they are paying Bones Hyland.
