He can get even better defensively. He has a unique physical build for a guard that would allow him, at full effot, incredible defensive flexibility. He's still a next level athlete, especially at his size and with his length. In short, the dude is insanely strong with elite length and athleticism. And now that his usage rate is way down, he has the opportunity to play all out on defense without having to worry about doing it all on the other end. I think there's another evolution of russ coming... if the Lakers can get competitive...

Ja Morant will never be Russell Westbrook. Bro ain't even big or strong enough to do the things I've seen this man do. Too overhyped just cause he a fast dunker, he can't do any of the contact layups u see from Russ, can't dunk on good shot blockers, isn't the same playmaker, doesn't have the heart to average a triple double for shit teams with no bench. Isn't even as good defensively, and Russ hasn't been known for defense for years. Ja gets put on a good team immediately and they still wont ever get it done. If Russ had that type of help at any point in his career especially in OKC, you'd forsure see him in the finals more than just once. And if KD had a bigger backbone to call for the ball more often and actually try to play defense on Lebron's drives, they might have been able to win in 2011. Ppl rlly hate on Westbrook but don't rlly say shit about Chris Paul, when clearly Russ has always been the better player. Chris Paul better be smarter with the ball cause he can't attack defenses on a consistent basis. Still turns it over in big situations. Never gets blame for shit like the MVP. When it's all said and done, a lot of ppl are gonna miss watching him play
