Күн бұрынRussell Westbrook registered his 7th consecutive triple-double with 16 points, 15 rebounds and 16 assists in the 132-122 victory over the Orlando Magic. Westbrook's 7th straight ties Michael Jordan for the second consecutive triple-double streak in NBA history. He's now two consecutive triple-doubles behind Wilt Chamberlain (9 straight from 3/8/1968-3/20/1968) for the most consecutive triple-doubles all-time.

This play is a very smart one. First it seems like Adams is gonna chill out a bit, but then he comes explosive off the screen for the alley-oop. If I would be Leigh Ellis, I'd call that a very solid play 👍

Only thing I give him credit for is his assists, he takes 25 shots a game only averaging 21 pts. Adams let’s him take transitional rebounds, he doesn’t fight for real rebounds.

Momentum Wins He’s averaging 19.5 shots a game. What are you talking about. If he was taking 25 shots a game, he would lead the league in attempts. Harden is averaging 24.1 shots per game.

Stat padding comments are trash. Every assist he earned tonight was selfless. Hitting the open man, throwing oops (per usual) to Adams. Even after defensive rebounds he's earning assists on immediate outlet passes. Unreal floor general. Thunder now 100-24 when he earns a triple double. #ThunderUP

I don’t mind Westbrook stat padding rebounds or assists (as long as he doesn’t have more turnovers than assists)...but the shooting is really hurting his team. Until he can fix his shot he needs to stop shooting 3s altogether and just focus on setting guys up and driving to the paint.

When your team wins 80% more when you get a triple double...it is no longer stat padding. He has more hussle than any other put guard in the league. If you dont want him getting rebounds then tell your favorite point guard to keep russ of the boards....lol...good luck..
