Muhammad Zoir Sharipzoda, a Tajik national, is the eleventh suspect who has been put under arrest over the March 23 terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert venue. The Basmanny District Court sent Sharipzoda to custody till May 22. Media reports claimed that the Tajik National was instrumental in preparing the attack but revealed no specific details.
