Izhevsk is the Administrative Center of Republic of Udmurtia, Russia.
It was once a closed city for Military and Scientific Innovation. Now
the City is an Engineering Center . Manufacturing , Machinery and
Weaponry hub. It is the Birthplace of the world's most reliable assault rifle the AK-47.
Innovation and General Science is the Trademark of Izhevsk
Population (2010) : 590,000
Ethnic Groups: Udmurts, Russians, Tatars, Ukrainians, Mari

History with music couldn't ask for better. Love the sculpture of the gator sitting on the park bench. Gators play a humours part all over the world. For kids who live on the bayou, fires are lit for Papa Noel.He drives a team of gators (paper sculpter) in a skiff (shalow boat) on the cannels. A Christmas tradition.The pics are just beautiful in this video.

Ignore the Trolls. Perhaps we should feel pity for their ignorance. I hope to visit Udmurtia soon. The cultural diversity evident in Russia is a wealth that cannot be measured in dollar terms. I love traditional Udmurt song and dance. They seem to be rooted in the life of the Villages. Wonderful.

Привет из Баку я люблю Ижевск я 2года служил в армии вижевск активно участвовал строительстве новых домов я каждый день посмотрю видео про Ижевск очень красивый стал город прошло многие годы досихпор у меня осталось любимое воспоминание о родной Ижевске

Край действительно родниковый. Вода там из кранов бежит чистейшая. А в ванне голубизной отливает.

beautiful pics, i love Russia, and i want to move there once i finish my career in nursery , but i heard .... there is a lot of racism in russia is that true? i´m mexican so ... i heard is dangerous to be a foreigner there due to the skinheads =(

well, racism really have in russia, but if you wanna visit moscow i think nobody cares about your skin and something, but in not moscow and st peterburg you may interesting and exotic for people, and mexicans dont need a afraid to visit russia,you a bit look like people from kazakhstan and uzbekistan i guess, if you wanna visit to russia i may help you , help to show you a real russia, our country are poor and not educated, dirty and bad but its only towns and cities.(we russians kiddin bout what moscow and st peterburg not russia becose they are so much better than other cities) and russia so dirty at the spring and fall, but we have beautiful nature
