As a Russian citizen who's against the war, i think it would be fair if Austria send all our citizens who support the war back home here, but i guess they won't be so happy to go back to Russia forever.

Russia didn't fight in WW2. WW2 began when the Nazis and their USSR allies invaded Poland. The Great Patriotic War began with Operation Barbarossa.
