two fucking words NAVY GEL 😂 shit is the best thing ever just spray the loose stuff off with a good pressure washer then put the navy gel and it eats the rust away then you can wash it off and repaint

I wire brush rust with every brake job. (3 -4) years, then rustoleam. Frame outlasts body.

Never undercoat a vehicle it will rot out 10x faster use an oil based spray

Never rubberized under coat. Oil under coat. Surface shield or fluid film.

Thats the factory rubberized undercoating. Oil undercoating and fluid film are garbage, wouldn't hold up the first 2 weeks of plowing. I'm trying Eastwood's product this time around.

Clean off the rust, then prime and paint it with Rustolium, is a better solution. I painted cars, trucks, and all types of equipment, for over 40 years.

Sounds like you don't know when to stop and give your hands a break. I have an old string trimmer that will do the same thing if you don't rest your hands every 10 minutes

Don't undercoat, it just seals in moisture and "wham" rust begins and you can't it because it's undercoated. There are other options. Check the web ..

The time and place to undercoat the vehicle is when it's new, at the time of purchase. Doing it after the rust has already started, is a waste of time and money. You're just covering it up.

@@garagegrunt8154 I never did. I have seen far too many instances where it was applied after the fact, and the coatings basically trapped the rust in under it.

@@karrpilot7092 there are undercoatings then there are encapsulators. Encapsulators react with rust and create a coating while the traditional undercoats adhere to metal and keep water/salt out. Neither last forever, but you absolutely can recoat after rust appears with correct product.

you need to have a high enough cfm/ large enough compressor requirement for the scaler otherwise its just gonna keep cutting out on you

This is true, the smaller scaler isn't as demanding as the larger one. You can get away with a fairly small compressor running this scaler which most homeowners should have.
