I really like the fact you can properly see the knife since the handle itself is very short. I hope you enjoy the restoration of the tobacco cutter just as much as I do.

pas sur que cet engin serve à couper le bout des cigares… plutôt au découpage des feuilles de tabac avant de les rouler, non…?

It's for cutting a thick rope of tobacco leafs, to put it in a pipe.

Not smart to paint this part at all . Heat and season whit food grade oil. Bro
