Also consider the amount of gold and silver rings you will lose. Because they share the same characteristics with the tap

I know it's just an example to showcase the full tones potential, but VDI is a composite indicator and other objects might give the same number as bottle cap. So assigned "no dig" tone is not just to bottle caps and users should be aware of it. Versa has dedicated bottle cap filter which I assume is using far more sophisticated algorithm. 💥I would like to add that similarly to "full tones" there is already available NOTCH function that allows users to discriminate every VDI number INDIVIDUALLY so filtering out signals like "35-39" is already there.

Definitely, but being able to keep them IDs in and modify the tones is unique for a all tones option.

@@IffySignals I agree it's unique and cool feature. You can adjust tones as you like for your ear and choose tone frequencies close to music scale (eg. 440Hz - A) that our brains are familiar with, or even play a tune (I know pointless and I've done it lol)

Penso che queste (modifiche) servano a poco...bisogna sempre capire ogni targhet ogni suono in base al terreno alla ripetibilità dimensione e profondità..togliere discriminare ecc serve solo a incasinare...versa e ottimo...ci vorrebbe una bella spiegazione delle varie impostazioni...cosa fanno realmente come interagiscono con le altre ..in modo da capire cosa fa il MD e sfruttarlo al massimo ..

Iffy , my Alter 71 and Atrex have the same feature. In one of my profiles, everything is a low tone and all coins are a high tone . Makes it easy !

wow what a good development, I really need to know if this machine is as great as the deus II, I would love to get one since I already have 2 deus II units would be a good alternative to cross check all my already hunted areas. :)

The Dual audio feature may bring some of those sites back to life. Targets that you get a 7-9 ID on the D2 might be hiding some good stuff as well. 😉

Cool stuff! Hey if you are interested, I designed and 3d printed some elevated nail test blocks. I was going to make some for my own testing out of wood like you have but my wife said I should put my 3d printer to work. I'll post them on the friendly metal detecting forum if you want to see them. You inspired me with your glued on tests. They will be in the fix it or make it yourself thread

@IffySignals I am just wondering if it will down average into a bad range like below zinc penny. I try to set up my Deus or Nokta Impact to ring in on good tone breaks. That old Garrett 2500 you can use a Bell tone check, but I prefer leaving the box where all good signals and averaging signals hit and checking every other box out to not give a response or if it does it is a undesirable response, works well.

Minelab oramai nn e più minelab...come nokta...speriamo.che rutus migliori sempre e nn si perda in modifiche inutili x il 90%dei cercatori...la cosa più importante e la stabilità e avere più caratteristiche del targhet...e una guida che spieghi davvero cosa fa il MD nelle sue impostazioni. .speriamo a breve nella guida che deve uscire...
