蓮心一開始看到皇后落水好像很驚慌，但驚慌之餘也沒立刻喊人，真的覺得剛好而已，心疼蓮心，如懿傳裡面最喜歡的角色就是蓮心小可愛❤️ 後來跟素練一起被掌嘴，素練哭的超大聲洗咧靠么，啊之前不是還欺負蓮心，然後蓮心真的超雖小也一起被打🥲

因為沒人先種讓皇帝懷疑皇后跟他人有私情的前因，不過更重要的是皇帝對琅嬅沒有愛，他沒有那麼在意她，更不會因此胡思亂想。皇帝後期對如懿的狠，是從佔有慾和認為愛人背叛自己的心理誕生出來的。

most record for this time period had been destroyed and since history was written by the winner’s point of view, just like Ruyi point it out in the end, those poem were probably written by the emperor to make himself looked good, like he was a loyal husband, but in reality, he is a man full of ego and selfishness. This show seems to addressed that theme perfectly, people that have been described as virtuous were probably not as virtuous as the history portrayed them

@@user-fz8ng3nk1n說的確實沒錯，不過十七皇子~嘉慶帝登上皇位的時候，生母魏燕婉早就死去很久了，何況魏燕婉去勾引皇帝時，並不知道自己會生下皇子還是公主（她第一胎確實是生下不能繼位的公主，生大女兒時還出了大紅+生命危險+被太醫說好一段時間不能正常生育），而且就算後來她在六年生了四胎，她也不能確保一定是自己的兒子繼承大統，不光是因為她的出身寒微，更是因為她是漢人，被封為皇后也是死掉之後才封的，魏生前其實活得並不幸福（至少從劇中看確實是這樣）我覺得她跟凌雲徹結婚絕對比在宮裡鬥來鬥去、滿手沾滿鮮血來得幸福，也比較心安（除非他沒有任何良心）

7:09 💡救命小常識：人溺水時由於水淹過了口鼻所以是發不出聲的，有能力露出口鼻呼吸的話就不是溺水了。而不會游泳的人落水時的第一反應往往是驚慌掙扎，越掙扎越緊張肌肉越僵硬身體沉得越快，所以正確反應是不要緊張，用躺在水上的姿勢，試著把後腦勺往水裡壓，肚子輕輕挺起來，口鼻自然會浮出水面，然後四肢自然垂下等待救援

I really can't stand Ruyi's version of Empress Fuca. She's not just a bad person, she's also a poorly-written character. Yes, she definitely isn't the worst person on the show by a long shot, but she's definitely one of the worst written characters on the show whose death the viewer can only gleefully await She's selfish, unintelligent, half-hearted and doesn't know what she's doing. She made two consorts unable to have kids for years, tried to hog the Emperor to herself, randomly blamed Ruyi for all of her misfortunes out of jealousy, etc. and the show somehow expects us to feel sorry for her because she was accused of some crimes that weren't committed by her. Actually, her closest servant had a heavy hand in many of those crimes she didn't commit herself. Ruyi tells Hailan that if Hailan killed the 7th Prince then it'd be no different from Ruyi herself killing him, but the Empress' head maid killing children has nothing to do with her and the Empress doesn't get any sort of punishment for not being able manage her servants because of her ignorance?? If she's done so much bad stuff, she is a terrible person, no argument. "She could have done even worse things but she didn't" is not a valid excuse for a character being unlikable in any universe. This is what happens when you try to write a villain but only go halfway so you can "make them sympathetic", you get a half-hearted mess that doesn't feel like a likable character The absolute most mind-boggling part is how the Emperor seemed to care for her so much after her death and remembered her so fondly when she was a greedy grubbing bitch. This woman married a servant off to a eunuch so she can have some swaying power in the Emperor's palace, and then has the gall to say she just wants her "husband's" love. Can you imagine discovering that your wife secretly has connections to your secretary and makes him influence your decisions at work? I would be very insulted if my spouse did that to me and kept it a secret. And the Empress does that and still tries to act like she just loves the Emperor earnestly. What a joke. She confessed to the Emperor some of her crimes and ulterior motives before she died and her servant confirmed what she said to be true but the Emperor still loved her so dearly. What in the name of sanity is this? The Emperor remembers her as a virtuous and kind soul, but that's just an act she puts up because it's her job and because she wants his attention. She tries to tell the other concubines to not dress too extravagantly, so that the Emperor would notice her more. This greedy woman wants to have it both ways and is asking for too much; either you want power or you want a happy marriage, choose one. The Emperor having such a fond image of her postmortem is even more illogical to me than the 渣 stuff that goes down between him and Ruyi later All in all, I can't stand how this show wants us to act like she's so poor and innocent when she's nothing but a selfish dellusional bitch asking for way too much and who exists only to drive numerous wedges between the Emperor and Ruyi. Her daughter is even worse than her, coming back home just to say "Daddy my stepmom's not as good as my greedy real mom who raised me to be a mannerless brat~~" at every opportunity she gets. Such insufferable unbearable twats that can't possibly be liked. Concubine Mei actually rocketed up several spots on my "best girl" chart the moment she made the Empress fall into the water, I didn't even care that she was tricked into believing that the Empress deserved it (she sort of did anyway, just not for killing her baby) I can't deny that Ruyi is an amazing show near the end and I did love it, but the first 41 episodes are not only slow and boring, but also feature the dreadful abomination that is Empress F*cka and tries to make her relevant even later into the show. One of the biggest blemishes on this production. Take a peek at Yanxi Palace to see what Empress Fuca was probably actually like in real life. It says something when Yanxi is an entertainment-based show while Ruyi is a moral-based show and Yanxi managed to make Empress Fuca not only so much more likable but also consistent and authentic as a character than Ruyi's Royal Love did it's actually ridiculous. Let me emphasise: I don't mind what a bad person she is, I mind what a bad character she is, specifically how the other characters paint her as an ideal wife even when they're aware of her scheming and selfish nature But hey, I've heard she's actually not guilty of doing anything shady in the original novels. I guess they just botched her in the show?

Yes Empress Fuca Rohiny fans from Yanxi can't digest this. Empress Fuca is smart loving and kind, but in Ruyi's she is always cunning and scheming.

And it was she that orchestrated the Empress' death by having Mei say she was responsible for her sons dying (karma) and having her fall off a slippery bridge and into the water, which effectively killed her. Then she had her maid, Zhenshu murder the Empress' main attendant, Sullian, and pin it on Chun.
