Just a thought, my A&P teacher 25 years ago mentioned that when he installs rivets he would dip the rivet into a small cap with zinc cromate before installing each rivet so that the inside of the drilled hole would get the paint on the drilled out bare portion. On a Zineth 750 we dipped all of the pop rivets as installing them. Thanks for the video.
