😊one of the best things I bought when we started full time rving is a small jump pack. It’s about the size of a small notebook and it saved us when we started having battery issues with our Jeep. It works great , keep it in the Jeep and have been able to help others with problems

Leave it to a sconnie to bring an ice scraper to the desert....and find a use for it! Those of us from 'sota are optimistic and leave them at home. Too bad you didn't visit City of Rocks State Park north of Deming. We loved it. Thanks for your great videos.

OmG the ice scraper! 😂 glad you didn’t have to use it! Can’t believe no one offered to help with the car! We have an inflatable kayak too and love it. So much easier the hauling around the regular ones.

Johnny Cash-Ring of Fire. I know you put the jumper cables in the RV because they were so inconvenient to get to in the car, but I hope you realized that they would do you no good if they are in the RV and you are out somewhere. Poor Joel: DDD, mountain lions and a State Park he thought was boring. Hopefully the next one was better.

That's a great point! We need to get a second set of jumper cables! We do have a jumper box too and it was dead of course! Joel enjoyed the State Park - just not anything to do in the area and he did need to survive a DDD 🤣👍- thanks guys & New Mexico State Parks got better and better as we traveled!! Joel, Deb & 🐕 Maya

We have killed our F150 while flat towing a couple of times. It happens. Not sure why. We bought a NOCO Boost Pro GB150 3000A UltraSafe Car Battery Jump Starter from Amazon and it works great. A Dead Battery has no drama in this RV. BTW - It can also jump your Rig (depending on how dead it is....).

There had to be a bad connection or something. We do have a Battery Jump Starter too, but it didn't have enough charge. 😂 - It all worked out! Thanks- Joel, Deb & 🐕 Maya

Nice quiet park. Have you looked into boots for to protect the dogs feet where there are a lot of burrs? I had to change the battery in my Honda last summer. I took everything but the cables loose. Drove to a Costco and took it out in the parking lot. Then put it in a cart and went in and got a new one. didn't have to pay a core charge. Went back out and installed it. Put the hold down clamps back on when I got back to the RV. New battery was a little heavier duty than the original.

Oh no, not the way you wanted to start off the visit at Ute! Not the dead battery in the car or the nasty mess some irresponsible camper left at the dump site 🤢🤮 Looks a great site!! I’d need more than sticks or rocks for those cougars! Haha Deb is absolutely a cougar to anyone younger! Haha a “fast roll with a splash”! 😂 “Like Angel’s Landing” 😂 Joel is cracking us up!! Hey guys well thays another positive for having the class A you were able to jump the car and u could drive somewhere if u had to. The glasses on Mia was cute I laughed so much made in China. Nice cougar protection. Funny thing is we always have cougar and bear warnings but recently when we traveled it was the rattlesnake warnings that freaked us both out videos soon. Hey we almost bough that same kayak last year and regretted not getting it. So aoinds like you liked it and looks comfy so confirm with me would u get it again? Looked like a nive quiet place to stay but u did have some negatives that may not have it on my priority list. Oh Johnny cash sand ring of fire but June wrote it. I sing that Bon Jovi song way to often every time we are half way to or through about everything. Oh yes we are all about Bloody Marys is the morning. We need to make sure we schedule time together please remember and keep us posted!!
