RVF400R NC35 RT version carburettor service

This RVF400R NC35 has been standing still for more than 10 years. I fully serviced it.
Carburettor ultrasoon cleaned and I replaced all O-rings. Then adjusted and synchronized. Also mounted the original exhaust.
KM is only 6400.

This is frustrating to watch. My local mechanic can’t get my 35 to run right. I’m on my second set of carbs. I’m thinking it’s going to be an expensive ornament.

How do you synchronize the carbs when is so hot the engine? I mean screws for the last tunning - synchronization is under, my hands they will burn...!!!

You have to use a special carb tool. Long angle screwdriver. For synchronising and fine tuning.

Hi there. Where did you get the fuel hoses and other parts for the carbies? I have just bought an RVF400 and would like to rebuild the carbies too. Thanks in advance!

Hi. The carb sets are from lite tek Thailand. Yoy can order on there website . Google lite tek carb
