We loved Little Havana, Domino Park, the cigar shops, the wonderful people that welcome you into the neighborhood, and the wonderous food!! This is a must visit tour of the Miami area!

"Brutally cold" - I couldn't stop laughing! It was about a modest 23F (-5C) before factoring in the wind chill yesterday where I live. So glad you enjoyed Little Havana!

If you’re up near Route 80 in New Jersey, there is a great harvest host called Douglaston Farms and it’s a great place to stop with the dogs as you stop off to the left of the farm on a grassy area and you can pick up, of course fresh produce, and they have a nice little walk around the area. Really nice place to start for the night Donaldson Farms

I love the architecture in South Beach! We stayed there years ago when we went to the Miami Boat Show. What a fabulous place to do a food tour! I did one once in my hometown and I thought it was amazing.

We were there with y'all for a few nights in Fiesta Key. It definitely wasn't the typical weather we are used to when we come down in the summer. However, we made the best of it. It was great meeting y'all and Louie! Wynter (our dog) was exhausted from the play time. Your trip to Miami looked fantastic! We will need to add that to our bucket list. Safe Travels!

Nice way to start 2024, I used to walk, especially the walk in Miami Beach almost every day, is a very walkable place. You brought a lot of memories specially the food.....enjoy and be safe...can wait for your next destination....

Looks like you guys had loads of fun! Sorry that the weather wasn't the best for you, but it could have been worse, you could have been up north in the snow! That food tour looked like a blast, and such a great way to explore! I might have to look into the Everglades Miami park for our next trip out to visit friends in Fort Myers, would be a great way to split the trip up! Thanks, as always, for the great ideas that I glean from your videos!

We're in Florida right now. Will you two be at the Tampa RV show? I'd like to make a travel suggestion... We stayed at a great little campground on the Outer Banks. Avon-by-the-Sea, Koru Village. It's a bit far from all the tourist sights, but I loved the simplicity of the park and, other than a big dune, it's right on the ocean.

Rainy cool weather in south Florida, on the other hand you are not in Minnesota right now. 😄 The other day my sister in Fort Lauderdale sent me pictures of the sunrise on the beach, while I was scrapping ice off the car windshield in the morning. I am having trouble finding much sympathy for your "cold temps". Enjoy the area and have a great winter break down there!

You probably are no longer in the area but using these cords, N 25° 45.616' W 081° 02.061' ,find the route to them. Cool road with gators sunning right next to the road. Your truck can handle the gravel, we did it in a rental car.

Awesome video. I enjoy walking and people watching in South beach. I was camping in Jupiter Florida dealing with all that wind and rain. Ugh! Still better than home. I bet you were glad to not have your slide toppers with the wind. I had to pull my slides in a few times. Winds were over 40 mph.

@IreneTravels Chris, you and Aaron have a different idea of what "Brutal Cold" is for sure. I am beginning to understand why you spend all your time in the southern states. Good morning from Washington State! Today I woke to low 40's and we are expecting lows in the 20's this weekend, that is brutal cold. However, it is not always cold and wet, come visit Washington in July and August, summers are great! Enjoy your time in the everglades!

While our "winter" weather is beautiful, the cooler temps are brought in by cold fronts which do contain rain. Sometimes they stall out over us for days though. 🤷‍♀️

Definitely looking forward to our trip there next holiday season. Thanks for the tips. Question about your bike locks; you guys used to use a flexible metal bar type thing…why the switch?

Our old folding locks were too big for the new Lectric lites. They do have a smaller folding lock on them, but they can be tough to wrap around something. The chain is just bit easier to use because it flexible. But sometimes in really sketchy areas will use the one chain and both folding locks at the same time!

Welcome to Fla guys! The weather this year has been just terrible. I live outside of Naples and it’s been like this since Thanksgiving. It’s from El Niño I’m told and is supposed to hold through February 😡

Yes so fun and delicious! 🤤 I think the roosters have a big symbolic meaning in the Cuban culture. I think I Latin, Hispanic, Mexican culture as well.

Well you're here in my neck of the woods. We live in Cutler Bay which is very close to Black Point Marine, Biscayne National Park which is 99% water lol. Check out Viscaya and Coconut Grove. But by now your in the Keys. Anyway great vid as always thanks.

Great Video. How is the crime in South Beach these days? I lived in Miami from October of 1989 until late summer of 1990. Went to South Beach a bunch of times, but saw some really bad crimes happening.

It seemed really nice in the touristy areas we were at. Didn't see much riff raff at all. But, I know Miami is a big city and has some pretty rough neighborhoods.
