Gisenyi, historically rendered as Kisenyi, is the second largest city in Rwanda, located in the Rubavu district in Rwanda's Western Province. Gisenyi is contiguous with Goma, the city across the border in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Tu es malade , est ce que le Congo peut faire face avec le Rwanda , Kigali c’ est presqu ´ une commune à Kinshasa , Kigali deux avenues vous criez , moi j’ ai déjà été à Kigali , les ingénieurs touchent 200 dollars tandis qu au Congo dans les mines normales il ya des ingénieurs avec 10000 dollars . Au Congo il ya des individus qui ont des villas , tu entres dans une parcelle d’ une personne , il dix véhicules de 300 .000 dollars , le Congo à plusieurs villes qui ne peuvent pas se comparer avec la commune de Kigali et le quartier de gisensy , les congolais n’ ont pas de problèmes ils vous avaient accueilli , votre Rwanda se construit grâce au Congo et à la communauté internationale , mais votre ingratitude , les congolais de la rdcongo ne veulent plus de vous , c’ est pas la haine , ils ne veulent pas de vous parce que vous trompez comme des arrangeurs des dents , vous tuez les hommes plus que les vaches , kagamé tantôt il dit ça , tantôt il dit ça , tantôt il dit ça plusieurs versions . Il est aidé par les criminels de l’ occident ( les démocrates des usa et l’ Union européenne ) , aussi par l’Ouganda le Kenya de ruto , malgré ça il fait rien alors le jours où il sera seul ?? As tu déjà vu un congolais cherche la nationalité rwandaise , mais les rwandais cherchent à devenir congolais , même en occident il ya des rwandais qui trompent que je suis congolais .
