Also, Neo doesn't KNOW exactly how Torchwick died. When she was thrown off the ship, Ruby and Torchwick were the only people there, so it does make sense for her to assume that Ruby was responsible for his death as the only other person around.

@@BlakeevkReacts They showed it in chapter 3 when she took on the bandersnatch, she started making clones and seemed surprised by it. Hard to give exposition on someone who is mute though lol. Also Neo wasn't present for Roman's death, Ruby popped her umbrella and she flew away off the ship. So all she knows is that Ruby and Torchwick were fighting on top of the ship and Torchwick died.
