The RX-0 Unicorn Gundam has landed on Rubicon. This is the most visually pleasing Gundam modelswap yet. I've always been a sucker for the glow in Destroy Mode, and learning that you can control the glow colour and intensity for this mod is a delight.
Of note is the Laser Turrets being buffed by Regulation 1.03.1. They now fire much more frequently, and with a total of 6 turrets that can be placed before reloading, you'll be seeing quite the laser show. Swapping the KRSV into the Beam Magnum was the logical choice here; you can't expect the Beam Magnum to hit any softer than the most powerful rifle in the game.

@@0CROSSTRIGGER0 1. You will need the ModEngine 2.1 tool in order to make the mods function. Download here: github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases 2. Search your PC for Armored Core VI's Steam game folder. Path should be the following: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON\Game 3. In the "Game" folder, extract the ModEngine 2.1 .rar file you downloaded as a new folder. 4. Within the "ModEngine-2.1.0.0-win64" folder, create a new folder that you can name at will. For this mod, I named it as "GundamUnicorn". 5. Open the file "config_armoredcore6.toml" as a notes file and edit the following line: mods = [ { enabled = true, name = "default", path = "mod" } ] Add a "," and { enabled = true, name = "default", path = "GundamUnicorn" } so that the end result is: mods = [ { enabled = true, name = "default", path = "mod" }, { enabled = true, name = "default", path = "GundamUnicorn" } ] 6. Create a folder named "parts" in the "GundamUnicorn" folder. 7. Extract the desired ".partsbnd.dcx" files from the mod files into that "parts" folder. 8. While Steam is open, run the "launchmod_armoredcore6.bat" executable included in the Mod Engine folder. Enjoy!

Hey I'm trying to replace the beam magnum from the laser rifle to the Karasawa and it is not swapping. All I'm supposed to do is just change the weapon id in the file from 2720 to 2420 right? Or is there something I'm missing.

Sorry for the late response. When replacing "wp_a_2720.partsbnd.dcx", "wp_a_2420.partsbnd.dcx" does not exist, so you will have to change the ID to "wp_r_2420.partsbnd.dcx" instead. The logic here is that "a" determines the applicability of the weapon for both arms, but the KRSV rifle is an outlier in the datable where there's no such "a" data for it, so you'll have to input either "r" (right arm) or "l" (left arm).

given that it seems to be a model swap, you probably could, though i wouldnt advise it for obvious ban risk related reasons of taking a modded client into online play.

The same way I swap parts IDs out of the mod's original intended replaced parts. The Full Armor Gundam may use duplicates, but the base model files are still in the folder. All you need to do is change the ID to match Steel Haze's parts.
