@@RzK1ll3r refresh how many times a second your monitor can display an image. If your refresh rate is 240hz, you can display 240 images every second. This means that if your fps is 240 or more, it will be as smooth as possible. If you get 100fps on a 240hz display, then it will not be as smooth as possible.

@@juliobracamonte9777 the cpu will be a bottleneck in some modern games for sure, but the upgrade from rx580 ro rx 6600 with current prices is worth. Buy the GPU now and later if your MB support it get better CPU.

Great video. Just bought the same PowerColor Fighter RX6600 for $254 on Prime Day. Absolutely a steal considering 1080p on high / ultra for modern AAA games is perfect for anybody! Just bought an i5 10400 for $123 to go along with it. Old components were rx480 factory OC to match the rx580 and i5 4670k

I raised my RX 6600 power limit with a bios mod and on Cyberpunk does 60+ fps avg (i locked them) max settings in 2K. It's also a little overclocked but with stock voltage.

Just ordered mine. I thing it will work great with my i7 10700. Maybe a little overpriced for 350 Euros, but considering tha where i live the price of a 1660 super OC (it was my first choise) is about the same, and the rtx 3060 is... waaaay more expensive .. I think its a good deal.

I know that top performancen for this setup is 1080p and Im happy with this, I'd like to answer: Is there any chance to bottleneck gpu playing 1440p on indie games? For triple AAA its obvious always 1080p. I mean, ryzen5 5600X is maybe too much for 6600 or not? Thoughts? Thank you!

Im getting the RX 6600 for a HP Z420 workstation, my reserve/2nd gaming rig. Replacing a low profile 1650 that i overpaid, 250$! Same price as my RX! Not sure why 6600 got so much flak? people on forums say "spend a bit more, get 6650XT" i could do that but some gamers on a strict budget they absolutely cant, never liked that advice. Pushing more money up the tier list is not how you gauge the value of a card, obviously higher tier pushes more frames... But again, that is a different tier and price range. Those people also forget a vital fact, 6600 seriously obliterates the competing 3050/1660TI, both great cards but it obliterates its competition! Best GPU for the price (Brand new that is, Ignoring 7600) BEST gpu in the 130W range period! Its chilly and strong. Alot of PSU's can use the card which is great. In my case i had to get a sub 150W card because i cant take risks with a 6 to 8 pin adapter. (Replacing the PSU is not easy in a HP Workstation) Besides, Xeon 1650v2, would bottleneck higher tier cards. Im sure im gonna love the card!

I know it's a bit late but yes get a aio all in one liquid cooler I was in the upper 80 when I got the cpu but now it doesn't go above 60 when gaming jeje I love this combo so far I upgraded from a rx580 and a Ryzen 3 2200g so it was a huge difference and try getting a better case with fans for better air flow

This guy know how to build a pc, there's a lot of video out there with the same specs but only 16gb of ram and less than 600w psu. That resulted in a bad performance. I saw a video where his god of war is barely getting into 60 fps because of his parts but yours has 70+ fps. Well built.

The msi afterburner is wrong. The max tgp(power draw) is 132w of power. Its like 2 w more than the rtx 3050 which draws 130w of power. You can run the rx 6600 on a 450w psu.

@@BladeCrew I could run it on my 200W PSU. My total system power draw with a 1060 6GB at the wall is 180W (so about 150W from the system). That's a 120W card, so 132W will be fine.

Hello, the specifications of my system are CPU core i3 9100f 2x ssd 1x hdd 2x ram 8gb 2133. I want to buy a rx 6600xt graphic card and I have a 480 watt psu and I don't know if 480 watt 80 plus bronze is enough for this system and graphic card. Or not, please guide me, thank you very much

2tb give or take. The 3 cod games were almost 600gb alone lmao.

if u are reading this because you are struggling rx 6600 against rtx 3050 because of RT, its okay to pick rx 6600 cuz u bought gpu for raw performance not because of ray tracing as if the others compete these budget gpu cards with rtx 3090 or rx 6900xt so go on buddy move your ass out and buy rx 6600

Actually the RT in 3050 is Awful...need to enable DLSS And soon will launch Fidelity Super Resolution 2.0 which is same as actual DLSS so we can expect a better perfomance in the future

@@luiscanales696 theres also reviewer i found, he compete 6600 vs 3050 for RT using 1080p medium via cyberpunk then concludes 6600 bad @ RT. stupid af

今となってはCPUもGPUもミドルローの組み合わせでコスパ重視構成になるけど、贅沢言わなければFHDでは今もこれで十分だし、数年は普通に使えそうだな対戦系で高設定のまま144fps～出したいとかならValoみたいな軽いタイプ除くともうきついけど
