Today on RX’D Radio we’ve got the ONLY bracing podcast you’ll ever need to listen to. Shallow and Jiunta give us a step by step process on how to transfer someone into core training to advanced dynamic bracing. They explain how they are different, how they are the same and when they should be different vs the same. A very organic conversation leading into a workable model on how Shallow and Jiuntas brains process these 2 big parts of training.

You guys are an inspiration to me!!! Thank you for the awesome video on bracing...I learned a new perspective and now gained awareness of certain variables and nuances I need to factor in my programming. I love that I learn so many new things and insights that I have to de-construct and re-construct the knowledge I have. Thanks again!

I have heard Stu say that, and should have answered, “deserves got nothing to do with it.”

at 6 minutes....you guys are doctors, you're above average intelligence, yes you lay it out simply for you, but maybe tougher for regular people...that was kinda snarky & it's one reason I often avoid anyone that has a doctorate degree because I feel I'm always being judged. You know just because people aren't as smart as you guys don't mean they're sub-human. Guys you should realize how you sound to other folks when you say things like that. It's not their fault they aren't as smart & educated as you are.

Interesting, I don't think they ever said that their understanding of movement made them better humans, or that people who are inexperienced in movement are subhuman. Their whole point was that there is a large gap in knowledge between guys who have been personal training for 16 years compared to someone who has no experience. Not snarky, just fact

@@ericdallman7271 I think I understand where he was coming from, and I was a bit put off by it as well. They made it sound as if they were better than others not in the sport of lifting but by questioning others intelligence and "Lording" themselves over others by patting themselves on the back. It's the way it came off, and if potential clients were listening to this or even present clients, they have to question if their coaches are making fun of them behind their backs, and secretly just laughing at them. It is not a good look for them.

@@ericdallman7271 also 15 likes & 243 views is not a good ratio. That to me, tells me that perhaps others feel the same way and just didn't take time to write anything. And it might be fact, that there is a lot of difference between experienced lifters & others, but it comes off very snobby. Are they in personal training to help others or get a laugh at others ? Saying these things in a public forum, you open yourself to crticism. And if you don't want people to "make mean comments" then turn the comments off on your posts.

@Eric Dallman I agree with you. This was simply a conversation and my understanding of where they were coming from was not one of arrogance. It’s true that most people know very little about body movement/how their body works. All one has to do is look around at the state of health of the average citizen. If one has ever taken the time to notice, 95% of the people going into clinics and hospitals are overweight (most obese) and can hardly move! I went in for my annual physical the other day and that’s what I saw. Is my statement arrogant? No…it’s simply an observation. Also, there’s nothing wrong with pointing things out in the way they did. It’s their job. It’s not that difficult to do some reading and learn about one’s body. I mean, one inhabits their body for their whole life…why not learn something about it? I was an automotive tech for many years and to say that most people don’t know how their car works is not arrogant…it’s fact. Finally…good grief, if you’re offended by what these guys have said, you should get some skin and quit whining. This is not pointed at you, Eric, but at the others who can’t take criticism. Grow up!
