Great stuff. I've been debilitated by patellar tendonitis for a year regardless of my activity level. I know I'm imbalanced and inflexible but i don't know how to fix it. My local physio just wanted to inject steroids and collect my copay..not a big help. More info on improving internal rotation etc would be great.

I'm having a hard time picturing what you mean regarding the hip airplane and the low bar squat. Would it be possible to post a video detailing this drill and the intent behind it?
