You are a lucky man indeed. I still need to see Mr Cooder and Mr Lindley before they are too old to continue playing live. Very gutted that I got into African Blues music only after Mr Farka Toure had passed away, would have loved to have seen him play, his music lives on though through his son Vieux so I shall make it my goal to see him play live.

Ali Farka Toure: You Live in our Hearts Forever! God Bless you. I am sure you are playing your Guitar for the Angels in Heaven.

There is so much to traditional Africa Rhytms. So much more that people don't know. You explained it well, Ry Cooder. Both great guitar players. Doing a special today about Ali Farka Touré on my DJ " Moon Blues" 🐦 🎶 🎸 🎑😉
