Poles is one of the best Bears GM’s in our history. The talent he finds, the way he moves, the contract structuring, the deals, the trades, the aura. “I really wish you knew you were in the good ole days before you actually left them.” These are the good ole days we will all remember, it’s gonna be fun🔥

His demeanor has changed from the beginning! First press conference there, you could see the nerves in him! Knows he had his hands full from what Ryan Pace left him! In his presser, poles stated it's gonna be a 2-3 year building process before it starts to all come together! We all are starting to see the process take shape! Now he walks with his head held high, and knows that what he had planned, is taking shape!!!

And the Claypool thing wasnt all his fault. Claypool had all the physical gifts you look for in a #1 reciever. Size, speed, catch. You cant fix stupid

I've said it before I'll say it again. I've been a Chicago sports fan for 65 yrs. Poles will not only go down as the Bears greatest GM but the greatest GM in all of Chicago sports.

I think because Ryne pulls didn’t know that the first round pick given to us by the Panthers would even be turned into the first overall pick one day (the uncertainty factor)is exactly why he should deserve extra credit. When he made that deal he didn’t know he’d get the 1st ovr pick… again. And if the Panthers knew that at the time, they wouldn’t have offered as much.

Poles is definitely doing a great job however, it must be said, he got REAL lucky in getting the 1st draft pick. That might go down as a moment of fate for this organization. All that said, I like what the Bears are doing!

Poles career with the Bears all depends on Caleb. What Poles has done since he got the job has been nothing but a success. He’s a smart dude and only has made a few mistakes. No ones perfect though. He just needs to keep those lines built up with bad ass dudes. 🐻 down baby!!!
